This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25713) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CXCL3, targeting the amino acid region 35–107 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CXCL3 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This antimicrobial gene encodes a member of the CXC subfamily of chemokines. The encoded protein is a secreted growth factor that signals through the G-protein coupled receptor, CXC receptor 2. This protein plays a role in inflammation and as a chemoattractant for neutrophils.
DPABH-25713 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-25713 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
