General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15018) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CD3E, targeting the amino acid region 22–126 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CD3E (CD3 epsilon) is a crucial 23 kDa transmembrane protein and a core subunit of the T-cell receptor (TCR) complex. It is essential for T-cell development, maturation, and signaling, acting as a key marker for all T-lymphocytes. It facilitates immune response by forming heterodimers to help transmit signals from the surface to the inside of the cell.
DPABH-15018 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:200), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:4,000) applications.
DPABH-15018 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
