We recommend the following antibody pair to develop a pharmacokinetic (PK) bridging assay to measure free drug: CABT-ZB1177 - CABT-ZB1181 CABT-ZB1181 is recommended for use as a detection antibody when paired with CABT-ZB1177. Vedolizumab (Entyvio) is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody. It is approved for the treatment of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. The drug specifically targets the alpha-4 beta-7 integrin on lymphocytes, blocking their movement into the gastrointestinal tract and thereby reducing gut inflammation.
