Hi-Puri™ Mouse Anti-Human Glucagon Receptor monoclonal antibody, clone mAb7.v16 (CABT-L2041W), recognizes a discontinuous conformational surface on the human GCGR extracellular domain.The antibody is suitable for ELISA, ligand-binding inhibition, receptor-signaling inhibition, epitope mapping, X-ray crystallography, and structural analysis. Its activity is associated with an allosteric inhibitory mechanism in an antibody-sensitive receptor context. The optimal working titer should be determined for each application; other applications have not been tested.This affinity-purified IgG is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in PBS, in sizes of 200 μg, 500 μg, and 1 mg. It ships on dry ice. Store at 4°C for short-term use or aliquot and store at -20°C for long-term storage; avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
