Hi-Puri™ Human Anti-Human insulin-degrading enzyme monoclonal antibody, clone Fab1 (CABT-L2040W), directly binds human IDE and stabilizes its four-domain clamshell architecture.The antibody is suitable for ELISA, X-ray crystallography, structural analysis, use as a crystallization chaperone, and stabilization of IDE–Aβ substrate complexes. The optimal working titer should be determined for each application; other applications have not been tested.This affinity-purified IgG is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in PBS, in sizes of 200 μg, 500 μg, and 1 mg. It ships on dry ice. Store at 4°C for short-term use or aliquot and store at -20°C for long-term storage; avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
