Animals were immunized with purified bovine myocardial calpain 2 [53528] Spleen cells were fused with FOX-NY myeloma cells. [53528] The antibody reacts with the small subunit of bovine mu-caplain and m-calpain. It cross-reacts with the small subunit of human and canine mu-caplain and m-calpain. The antibody can be used for immunochemical and Western blot applications.
