General Description
Anti-U1 RNP antibodies are a type of autoantibody that targets the U1 ribonucleoprotein complex, a component of the spliceosome, and are most strongly associated with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD), but can also be found in other autoimmune diseases like Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and Systemic Sclerosis.
