General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMABB-JX131) is a mouse-derived monoclonal antibody raised against ferret Ferret IL-6. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Interleukin 6 (IL-6) is a soluble cytokine that can effect inflammation, immune response, and hematopoiesis. IL-6 signals through IL-6R, which can occur as a transmembrane or a soluble receptor found in serum. IL-6 is generated immediately following environmental stresses such as infections and tissue injuries. Dysregulation of IL-6, which can lead to over production, may contribute to chronic inflammation and autoimmunity. DMABB-JX131 is suitable for use in ELISA(Cap) application. DMABB-JX131 is supplied as a lyophilized formulation in Lyophilized from PBS, trehalose. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
