General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT778) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human TNFRSF11A. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 11A (TNFRSF11A, also known as RANK, CD265, and ODFR) is the signaling receptor essential for osteoclast differentiation factor-mediated osteoclastogenesis and is involved in the regulation of interactions between T-cells and dendritic cells (PMID: 9878548). The RANK/RANKL/OPG system is a key regulator in bone resorption, and its dysregulation can lead to pathological bone loss. DMAB-CPT778 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (2.5-40 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT778 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
