General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT741) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human PRKD1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PRKD1 (Protein Kinase D1) is a serine/threonine kinase encoded by the PRKD1 gene, essential for regulating cellular functions including vesicle trafficking at the Golgi apparatus, cell survival, migration, and differentiation. It acts as a downstream target in diacylglycerol (DAG) signaling, contributing to cancer progression, cardiac hypertrophy, and immune responses. DMAB-CPT741 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.156-10 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT741 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
