General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25000) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PRKD1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PRKD1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a serine/threonine protein kinase involved in many cellular processes, including Golgi body membrane integrity and transport, cell migration and differentiation, MAPK8/JNK1 and Ras pathway signaling, MAPK1/3 (ERK1/2) pathway signaling, cell survival, and regulation of cell shape and adhesion.
DPABH-25000 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-25000 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
