This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25092) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PRKD1, targeting the amino acid region 191–290 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PRKD1 from rat, mouse, dog, pig, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a serine/threonine protein kinase involved in many cellular processes, including Golgi body membrane integrity and transport, cell migration and differentiation, MAPK8/JNK1 and Ras pathway signaling, MAPK1/3 (ERK1/2) pathway signaling, cell survival, and regulation of cell shape and adhesion.
DPABH-25092 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-25092 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
