The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human PIGM Monoclonal Antibody (clone 351136B21, product code DMAB-CPT452) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human PIGM (Phosphatidylinositol Glycan Anchor Biosynthesis Class M Protein). PIGM is an essential enzyme component of the glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor biosynthesis pathway, which is responsible for anchoring a variety of proteins to the cell membrane and is critical for proper cellular signaling and membrane protein localization. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human PIGM and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT451 (capture) with DMAB-CPT452 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of PIGM in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT452 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
