The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human PIGM Monoclonal Antibody (clone 351136B7, product code DMAB-CPT451) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human PIGM (Phosphatidylinositol Glycan Anchor Biosynthesis Class M Protein). PIGM is an essential component of the glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor biosynthesis pathway, playing a critical role in the early steps of GPI-anchor assembly required for membrane anchoring of numerous proteins. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human PIGM and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT451 (capture) with DMAB-CPT452 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of PIGM in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity.
