The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human PICK1 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341296C9, product code DMAB-CPT484) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against PICK1 (Protein Interacting with C Kinase 1), with cross-reactivity validated in human, mouse, rat, and pig species. PICK1 is a PDZ domain–containing scaffold protein involved in intracellular protein trafficking, receptor recycling, and synaptic plasticity, particularly through regulation of membrane receptor internalization and neuronal signaling pathways. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of PICK1 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in sandwich ELISA (detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT483 (capture) with DMAB-CPT484 (detection), enabling highly sensitive sandwich ELISA detection with a working range of 23.4–1500 pg/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of PICK1 across multiple species samples and is optimized for high-sensitivity ELISA-based immunodetection workflows requiring strong specificity and broad reactivity.
DMAB-CPT484 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product is shipped with ice packs to ensure stability during transport. Upon receipt, it should be immediately stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
