The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human MAP3K7IP2 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341229D9, product code DMAB-CPT499) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human MAP3K7IP2 (Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Kinase Kinase 7 Interacting Protein 2), also known as TAB2. MAP3K7IP2 is an adaptor protein that plays a central role in the activation of NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways through interaction with TRAF6 and TAK1 complexes, thereby regulating inflammatory responses, immune signaling, and stress response pathways. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human MAP3K7IP2 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system.
