The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human MAP3K7IP2 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341229D3, product code DMAB-CPT500) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human MAP3K7IP2 (Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Kinase Kinase 7 Interacting Protein 2), also known as TAB2. MAP3K7IP2 is an adaptor protein that mediates signal transduction in the NF-κB and MAPK pathways by bridging upstream receptor-associated complexes with the TAK1 kinase complex, thereby regulating inflammatory signaling, immune responses, and cellular stress adaptation. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human MAP3K7IP2 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT499 (capture) with DMAB-CPT500 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of MAP3K7IP2 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT500 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
