General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1025) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human LIMS1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LIMS1, also known as PINCH1, is an adaptor protein that contains five LIM domains, or double zinc fingers(PMID: 7517666). PINCH-1 is a widely expressed focal adhesion protein that forms a ternary complex with integrin-linked kinase (ILK) and CH-ILKBP/actopaxin/alpha-parvin (PMID: 14551191). LIMS1 is involved in integrin signaling through its LIM domain-mediated interaction with integrin-linked kinase, found in focal adhesion plaques. DMAB-CPT1025 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (1.25-80 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1025 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
