The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human GPX4 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341279B9, product code DMAB-CPT454) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human GPX4 (Glutathione Peroxidase 4). GPX4 is a critical selenoenzyme that functions as a central regulator of lipid peroxide detoxification and is essential for protecting cells from oxidative damage and ferroptosis-mediated cell death. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human GPX4 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) and sandwich ELISA (detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT453 (capture) with DMAB-CPT454 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection of GPX4. It is suitable for quantitative detection in biological samples and optimized for robust immunoassay applications requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT454 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product is shipped with ice packs to ensure stability during transport. Upon receipt, it should be immediately stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
