The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human GPX4 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341279F22, product code DMAB-CPT453) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human GPX4 (Glutathione Peroxidase 4). GPX4 is a key antioxidant enzyme that protects cells from lipid peroxidation and plays a central role in regulating ferroptosis, a form of iron-dependent programmed cell death. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human GPX4 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) and sandwich ELISA (capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT453 (capture) with DMAB-CPT454 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection of GPX4. It is suitable for quantitative detection in biological samples and optimized for high-performance immunoassay workflows requiring strong specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT453 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product is shipped with ice packs to ensure stability during transport. Upon receipt, it should be immediately stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
