This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT838) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human GPR35. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GPR35 is a Gi/o-coupled orphan G-protein-coupled receptor predominantly expressed in the gastrointestinal tract, immune cells, and dorsal root ganglia. It is activated by kynurenic acid, 2-acyl lysophosphatidic acid, and the anti-inflammatory drug zaprinast, triggering β-arrestin recruitment and MAPK signaling to modulate pain perception, gut motility, and immune cell chemotaxis. Genetic variants of GPR35 have been linked to inflammatory bowel disease and metabolic syndrome, making it a potential therapeutic target for GI and metabolic disorders.
DMAB-CPT838 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (78.125-5000 pg/mL) application.
DMAB-CPT838 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
