General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02860) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR35, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables C-X-C chemokine receptor activity. Involved in chemokine-mediated signaling pathway; negative regulation of voltage-gated calcium channel activity; and positive regulation of cytosolic calcium ion concentration. Located in plasma membrane. DPABH-02860 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-02860 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
