Suitable for use in ADA bridging ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
General Notes
This antibody binds specifically to cemiplimab.It can be used as a calibrator in ADA assay. Cemiplimab (Libtayo) is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody. It is approved for treating certain types of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer. The drug works by inhibiting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor, thereby enhancing T cell responses against tumor cells and promoting anti-tumor activity.
