Applications
Application Notes
Suitable for PK bridging ELISA. We recommend the following for sandwich ELISA (Capture - Detection): CABT-ZB1156 - CABT-ZB1158 Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
General Notes
We recommend the following antibody pair to develop a pharmacokinetic (PK) bridging assay to measure free drug: CABT-ZB1156 - CABT-ZB1158. CABT-ZB1156 is recommended for use as a capture antibody when paired with CABT-ZB1158. Cemiplimab (Libtayo) is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody. It is approved for treating certain types of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer. The drug works by inhibiting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor, thereby enhancing T cell responses against tumor cells and promoting anti-tumor activity.
