Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

We recommend the following antibody pair to develop a pharmacokinetic (PK) assay: CABT-L0361Y - CABT-L0362Y Bevacizumab (Avastin) is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody engineered using recombinant DNA technology. It is approved for the treatment of various cancers, including metastatic colorectal cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. The drug functions by binding to vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), preventing it from interacting with its receptors and thereby inhibiting angiogenesis.
