Intended Use

For the qualitative determination of IgM class antibodies against Toxoplasma Gondii in Human serum or plasma. It is intended for diagnosing and monitoring of patients related to infection by Toxoplasma Gondii.

Contents of Kit

1. Microplate: 96 well polystyrene Microplate (12 strips of 8 wells) coated with anti-human IgM-class antibodies
2. Positive control, Purified Toxoplasma Gondii IgM antibodies diluted in protein-stabilized buffer.: 1 mL
3. Negative control, Protein-stabilized buffer tested non reactive for Toxoplasma Gondii IgM antibodies: 1 mL
4. Cut-off control: 1 mL
5. HRP-conjugated recombinant Toxoplasma Gondii antigens: 12 mL
6. Sample Diluent: 12 mL
7. Wash Buffer (25X): 50 mL
8. Chromogen Solution A, Urea peroxide solution: 8 mL
9. Chromogen Solution B, TMB solution-Tetramethylbenzidine dissolved in citric acid: 8 mL
10. Stop Solution, 2M sulfuric acid: 8 mL

Storage
