General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5710) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC7A7, targeting the amino acid region 459–511 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SLC7A7 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC7A7, also called y+L-type amino acid transporter 1 (y+LAT1), forms a heterodimeric complex with the heavy chain of the cell surface antigen 4F2 (4F2hc/CD98hc/SLC3A2). SLC7A7 is mainly expressed at the basolateral membrane of epithelial cells in the ren. CABT-BL5710 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. CABT-BL5710 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
