2. SEM standard: each bottle for 0 ppb, 0.05 ppb, 0.1 ppb, 0.3 ppb, 0.9 ppb, 8.1 ppb, 1.5 mL/bt
3. 10X Extraction/Washing solution: 1 bt/kit, 50 mL/bt
4. 10X Buffer: 1 bt/kit, 50 ML/bt.
5. 5X Enzyme Conjugate Diluent: 1 bt/kit, 2 mL/bt
6. Derivative reagent: 1 bt/kit, 12 mL/bt
7. Enzyme Conjugate (100X): 1 bt/kit, 150 μL/bt
8. Substrate solution (TMB): 1 bt, 12 mL/bt
9. Stop solution: 1 bt, 13 mL/bt

Detection Limit

The lowest detection limit of the CD SEM kit is around 0.05 ppb. The OD value of this concentration is significantly different from the negative standard.
