Western blot: At 1μg/ml with the appropriate system to detect NPY1R in cells and tissues. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: At 1-2μg/ml to detect NPY1R in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Boiling the sections is required. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
