Intended Use

Contents of Kit

Storage

The kit, if unopened, is stable at 2-8°C for 6 months upon receipt.

Precision

Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess intra-assay precision.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): Three samples of known concentration were tested in three separate assays to assess inter-assay precision.

Sensitivity

4.76 pg/mL. Which was determined by adding two standard deviations to the mean optical density value of twenty zero standard replicates and calculating the corresponding concentration.
