This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4686) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human FOXD4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FOXD4 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the forkhead/winged helix-box (FOX) family of transcription factors. FOX transcription factors play critical roles in the regulation of multiple processes including metabolism, cell proliferation and gene expression during ontogenesis. Mutations in this gene are associated with a complex phenotype consisting of dilated cardiomyopathy, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and suicidality.
CABT-BL4686 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
CABT-BL4686 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
