General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4685) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FOXD4, targeting the amino acid region 361–439 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human FOXD4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Forkhead box protein D4(FOXD4)also named as FKHL9 or Myeloid factor alpha is a 439 amino acid protein, which contains one fork head DNA-binding domain. FOXD4L6 localizes in the nucleus. FOXD4 as an embryonic transcriptional regulator involves in leukemogenesis. The molecular weight of FOXD4L6 is 47kDa, but our experiment always detected a 60-70kDa protein by western blot. CABT-BL4685 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. CABT-BL4685 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
