Storage
The kit is shipped at ambient temperature and should be stored at 2-8°C.
The lower detection limit is calculated from the standard curve by determining the resulting concentration of the mean OD of Calibrator A (based on 20 replicate analyses) minus 2 SD. Therefore, the sensitivity of the 5alpha-Dihydrotestosterone ELISA is 7.23 pg/mL.
