The recombinant Borrelia burgdorferi IgM-ELISA is intended for the qualitative determination of IgM class antibodies against Borrelia burgdorferi in human serum or plasma (citrate) and CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) offering increased diagnostic specificity and sensitivity by employing immunodominant antigens.
