This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15702) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human eIF3E. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with eIF3E from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables RNA binding activity and cadherin binding activity. Contributes to translation initiation factor activity. Involved in nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay; positive regulation of translation; and translational initiation. Located in PML body and cytosol. Part of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 complex. DPABH-15702 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-15702 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide,50% glycerol,pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
