This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16547) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZSCAN21, targeting the amino acid region 351–450 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZSCAN21 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, sheep, gorilla, african green monkey, and spider monkey. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Involved in positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be located in nucleus.
DPABH-16547 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-16547 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
