General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25001) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZAP70, targeting the amino acid region 109–267 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ZAP70 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Plays a role in T-cell development and lymphocyte activation. Essential for TCR-mediated IL-2 production. Isoform 1 induces TCR-mediated signal transduction, isoform 2 does not.
DPABH-25001 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:200–1:800), IF/ICC (1:20–1:200) applications.
DPABH-25001 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
