This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08414) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human USP39, targeting the amino acid region 225–446 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with USP39 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Ubiquitin-specific protease 39 (USP39) is a key deubiquitinating enzyme and essential splicing factor that plays a crucial role in regulating cancer progression, mRNA maturation, and cell cycle integrity. It acts as a pro-tumor factor, stabilizing oncogenic proteins and promoting proliferation, metastasis, and therapy resistance in cancers like HCC, glioma, and leukemia.
DPABH-08414 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-08414 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
