General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01542) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human USP39, targeting the amino acid region 1–357 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. USP39 plays a role in many cellular processes including cellular antiviral response, epithelial morphogenesis, DNA repair or B-cell development. USP39 regulates apoptosis and G2/M cell cycle checkpoint in response to DNA damage by deubiquitinating and stabilizing CHK2.
DPABH-01542 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:16,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:600–1:2,400), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-01542 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
