This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20912) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human USP39. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with USP39 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Ubiquitin-specific protease 39 (USP39) is a key deubiquitinating enzyme and essential splicing factor that plays a crucial role in regulating cancer progression, mRNA maturation, and cell cycle integrity. It acts as a pro-tumor factor, stabilizing oncogenic proteins and promoting proliferation, metastasis, and therapy resistance in cancers like HCC, glioma, and leukemia.
DPABH-20912 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications.
DPABH-20912 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
