General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13752) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TIMELESS, targeting the amino acid region 869–1208 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TIMELESS from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TIMELESS1 (TIM1) gene encodes protein timeless homolog belonging to timeless family. TIM1 is localized in nucleus and regulated by cell cycle. It expresses high levels in S, G2 and M phases, and low in G0 and G1 phases. TIM1 is involved in the circadian rhythm autoregulatory loop and is a crucial component of the circadian core oscillator, which includes the CRY proteins, CLOCK, NPAS2, etc. It is also involved in cell survival after DNA damage or replication stress and reported to play important role in epithelial cell morphogenesis and formation of branching tubules.
DPABH-13752 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-13752 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
