General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18805) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TNFAIP1, targeting the amino acid region 231–316 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TNFAIP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene was identified as a gene whose expression can be induced by the tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF) in umbilical vein endothelial cells. Studies of a similar gene in mouse suggest that the expression of this gene is developmentally regulated in a tissue-specific manner. DPABH-18805 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. DPABH-18805 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
