This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27067) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TNFAIP1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene was identified as a gene whose expression can be induced by the tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF) in umbilical vein endothelial cells. Studies of a similar gene in mouse suggest that the expression of this gene is developmentally regulated in a tissue-specific manner. DPABH-27067 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-27067 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
