This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12611) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SHOC2, targeting the amino acid region 36–120 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SHOC2 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein that consists almost entirely of leucine-rich repeats, a domain implicated in protein-protein interactions. The protein may function as a scaffold linking RAS to downstream signal transducers in the RAS/ERK MAP kinase signaling cascade. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Noonan-like syndrome with loose anagen hair.
DPABH-12611 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ICC/IF (1:50–1:100), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-12611 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
