General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19198) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SFRP2, targeting the amino acid region 201–295 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SFRP2 from mouse, rat, dog, cow, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the SFRP family that contains a cysteine-rich domain homologous to the putative Wnt-binding site of Frizzled proteins. SFRPs act as soluble modulators of Wnt signaling. Methylation of this gene is a potential marker for the presence of colorectal cancer. DPABH-19198 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-19198 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
