This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18767) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SFRP2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SFRP2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the SFRP family that contains a cysteine-rich domain homologous to the putative Wnt-binding site of Frizzled proteins. SFRPs act as soluble modulators of Wnt signaling. Methylation of this gene is a potential marker for the presence of colorectal cancer. DPABH-18767 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-18767 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
