This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13054) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RGS7, targeting the amino acid region 221–320 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RGS7 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, cow, horse, rabbit, zebrafish, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables G-protein alpha-subunit binding activity; G-protein beta-subunit binding activity; and GTPase activator activity. Involved in G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; negative regulation of G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; and positive regulation of GTPase activity. Located in cytosol. Is active in plasma membrane.
DPABH-13054 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-13054 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
