This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08978) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RGS7. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RGS7 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables G-protein alpha-subunit binding activity; G-protein beta-subunit binding activity; and GTPase activator activity. Involved in G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; negative regulation of G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; and positive regulation of GTPase activity. Located in cytosol. Is active in plasma membrane. DPABH-08978 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-08978 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
