This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23822) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human REPS2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with REPS2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The product of this gene is part of a protein complex that regulates the endocytosis of growth factor receptors. The encoded protein directly interacts with a GTPase activating protein that functions downstream of the small G protein Ral. Its expression can negatively affect receptor internalization and inhibit growth factor signaling. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-23822 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:3,000) application. DPABH-23822 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
