This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17376) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RELB. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RELB from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity and protein kinase binding activity. Involved in lymphocyte differentiation and negative regulation of interferon-beta production. Located in several cellular components, including centrosome; chromatin; and nucleoplasm. Part of nucleus and transcription repressor complex. Implicated in breast cancer and immunodeficiency 53. Biomarker of breast cancer and transitional cell carcinoma. DPABH-17376 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-17376 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
